A Basic Way To Make A Mine = Bag....

 

We begin by taking a = 2" cardboard=20 gun/tube and stand it on end.

 

We then take 2 pieces = of tissue=20 paper (the extremely light stuff) about 11 inch squares. Center the two = pieces=20 of paper over the tube and with something just smaller than the ID of = the tube=20 lightly push the two pieces of paper down the tube.

 

Use your other hand = to lift the=20 tissue and allow it to be pushed down. Key thing here, DO NOT penetrate = or tear=20 the tissue, if you do .....start over! Stop when there is about 3 inches = of the=20 tissue still outside of the tube.

 

Now pull out the = rammer and fold=20 the remaining 3 inches of tissue down around the outside of the=20 tube.

 

Now fill her up ma ma = mia and keep=20 the change! No, really, in a small tupperware type bowltoss in your = effect=20 stars/components, in this case I am using 1/2" gold comet = stars.

 

Then add 1/3 cup of = meal coated=20 hulls (and I mean Meal, ie: BP)

 

Then simply add two = cap fulls of=20 Goex 4F (FFFF) to the mix. *NOTE if you are using home made BP USE=20 MORE!
